Authors retain copyright in their published work. e-IPH is granted a non-exclusive licence to publish, distribute, and preserve the article.
Licence to readers
Published articles are made available to readers under a Creative Commons licence (see Open Access & Licensing), which sets out exactly how the work may be reused.
Third-party material
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any third-party copyrighted material (figures, images, extended quotations) included in their submission, and must credit the original source.
